Using Custom Fonts

Upload your own font files (TTF, OTF, WOFF) to use them across your project in text and caption clips.

Add a Personal Touch with Custom Fonts

Video Weaver allows you to go beyond the standard system fonts by uploading your own font files. This is perfect for maintaining brand consistency, using unique typographic styles, or simply adding a more personal touch to your videos.

Step 1: Go to Project Settings

Open the Project Settings panel by clicking the gear icon in the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 2: Find the Fonts Section

Scroll down to find the "Custom Fonts" section. Here you will see a list of any fonts you have already uploaded.

Step 3: Upload Your Font File

  1. Click the "Add Custom Font" button.
  2. A file selection dialog will open. Choose a valid font file from your computer.
  3. Supported formats are: .ttf, .otf, .woff, and .woff2.

The font will be instantly added to your project's library and will become available for use. The font's name will be derived from its filename.

Step 4: Use Your Custom Font

Now, when you select any Text Clip or edit the style of your Captions, your newly uploaded font will appear as an option in the "Font Family" dropdown menu. Simply select it to apply it to your text.
