Reduce Background Noise with AI

Audio Denoiser uses an AI model to reduce steady background noise in an audio or video source. It creates a new WAV audio result, so you can listen before saving it.

1. Open Audio Denoiser

Open Tools in the editor header and choose Audio Denoiser. Select Upload File to choose an audio/video source, or choose Current Clip when the timeline has a selected clip with audio.

2. Process the source

Select Denoise Audio and wait for model preparation and processing to finish. On first use, the denoiser model is prepared and cached by the browser. Keep the page open while it works.

3. Listen to both versions

Use the player and original/result toggle to compare the source with the denoised output. Listen for unwanted changes to speech, music, or ambience. Noise reduction can affect wanted sounds when they resemble background noise.

4. Save the cleaned track

Choose Save to Library to name the output and add the WAV to the media library. You can then place it on the timeline and mix it with the original video. The Download option saves a WAV to your device if you need a standalone copy.
